Pet Policy:

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Tides welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two. Contact our leasing office for more information!

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
No breed restrictions.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 100 pounds.
Pet deposit is $100 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

Pets are an important part of your family and we want your furry friend to be our friend too! At Tides on Ranchview, we are pet-friendly but our courteous staff delights in getting to know your whole family. Our pet policy is readily available for you and we’re here to answer any of your questions.
